About

Working within the Pathways to Potential initiative involved translating research, educational content, and leadership-focused messaging into visually engaging and accessible communication materials.

A major focus of the role was ensuring that complex research findings and educational information could be communicated in a more approachable, visually engaging, and community-centered way. The visual system was designed to balance professionalism, accessibility, and warmth while maintaining a cohesive identity across all digital and print materials.

Design Direction

The branding combines playful educational visuals, bold typography systems, and vibrant colours to create a welcoming and empowering visual identity. The bright teal, purple, and lime palette was used to create a recognizable and approachable brand system that could stand out across social media, presentations, and workshop environments.

The Problem

Research and educational initiatives are often communicated through dense or overly academic materials that can feel inaccessible to broader audiences. The challenge was to create a visual communication system capable of translating leadership development, research insights, and community programming into content that felt engaging, inclusive, and easy to understand.

The Solution

Pathways to Potential uses a unified visual identity across leadership campaigns, educational materials, workshops, social content, and research communication systems to create a more connected and accessible community experience. The project focused on making educational and leadership-focused communication feel more human-centered, visually engaging, and digitally accessible.
